Flowdown of U.S. Government Contract Clauses under U.S. Government Contracts
Special attention is required to ensure full compliance with the unique rules governing U.S. Government contracting. This includes competing fairly; delivering products and services that meet all specifications, laws, and regulations; adhering to government accounting and audit requirements; ensuring the accuracy of all submitted data; and meeting all applicable Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and agency supplement requirements.

Supplier Cybersecurity
With supply chain networks particularly at risk, Epirus aims to establish a protected supply chain ecosystem with infrastructure that supports secure collaboration across the supply base. Outdated security systems render companies vulnerable to data breaches and information compromises that could have detrimental effects throughout the supply chain, for our customers, the aerospace and defense industry, and national security.
