A former Marine and drone-industry operator, Justin brings expertise in scaling defense‑focused technology organizations to his role as SVP of Growth at Epirus, where he leads federal and international go‑to‑market strategy and drives expansion across key government markets.

Prior to Epirus, Justin served as Vice President of Federal Sales for Defense and Critical Infrastructure at Skydio, where he helped scale the company’s government business from its early stages into a leading autonomy franchise. Before Skydio, he led go‑to‑market, team expansion, and strategic account development across the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, DHS, NASA, and allied defense markets. Previously, he drove federal and international revenue growth, built high‑performing sales organizations, and advanced key policy and funding initiatives that accelerated adoption of next‑generation autonomous systems.

Justin holds a B.S. in Political Science from the United States Naval Academy.
