
Paul Ostrowski
Lieutenant General (Ret.) Paul Ostrowski is a retired three-star general of the United States Army with over 36 years of distinguished service. A seasoned leader in military acquisition and logistics, he most recently played a key role as Director of Supply, Production, and Distribution for Operation Warp Speed, overseeing the delivery of over 300 million COVID-19 vaccine doses during the pandemic. Before retiring from active duty, Ostrowski served as the Principal Military Deputy to the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology (ASA (ALT)). In this capacity, he managed a workforce of nearly 40,000 personnel and supervised over 720 acquisition programs with a combined budget of $36 billion. Following his military career, Ostrowski transitioned to the private sector and his influence continues to shape the future of defense logistics and technology innovation through his public and private sector roles.
