Los Angeles, Calif—March 27, 2026—Epirus today announced it has achieved Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 certification, demonstrating the company’s commitment to strengthening cybersecurity across the defense industrial base by safeguarding sensitive government information.
This certification validates that Epirus has implemented and maintains rigorous cybersecurity practices required to protect Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). Certification confirms that Epirus has established a mature, resilient cybersecurity infrastructure capable of protecting sensitive information across the enterprise.

Established by the U.S. Department of War (DoW), the CMMC framework is designed to strengthen cybersecurity across the Defense Industrial Base by requiring contractors to implement and maintain controls that protect CUI. Epirus’ early adoption places the company among a small fraction of organizations certified to date out of an estimated 80,000 that will ultimately require CMMC Level 2 certification.
